In November 2021, all bond series in Payroll Savings Plans reached maturity and were automatically paid out. Here’s what you need to know.
Do I need to do anything?
All bond series have reached maturity and the funds have been paid out. Your Payroll Savings Plan has automatically been closed. However, there still may be funds in your plan because you could not be reached by mail or direct deposit. If you think this could be you, contact us.
A final statement has been mailed in January 2022 to the address on file of all payroll plan owners who had at least one transaction or a positive balance greater than $2 during the year or statement period.
Can I still access my CSB Online Services profile?
No, access to CSB Online Services is no longer available. If you made a transaction or had a positive balance greater than $2 during the year or statement period, a final paper statement was mailed in January 2022
