Updating your direct deposit

Redemptions and annual interest payments were electronically deposited into your bank account if you were set up for direct deposit. Here’s how to update your information if it has changed.

Requests for changes to direct deposit information are not accepted by phone.

For Payroll Plan Owners

All bond series have reached maturity and the funds have been paid out in November 2021. If you haven’t received your final payment, your information may be out of date. To find out, contact us.

  1. Complete the Change of Address and Direct Deposit (COADD) form.
  2. Fax or mail the completed form to Payroll Savings Program Customer Service.

For jointly registered certificated bonds, the bank account must be in all the co-owners’ names.

For your protection, incomplete forms or forms with incorrect information will be rejected.
