Enrolling in direct deposit

Redemptions and annual interest payments can be electronically deposited into your bank account. Here’s how to enroll or update your information.

Requests for changes to direct deposit information are not accepted by phone.

For Payroll Plan Owners

All bond series have reached maturity and the funds have been paid out in November 2021. If you haven’t received your final payment, your information may be out of date. To find out, contact us.

Single Plan Owners

Enroll or update online if you already have an online profile, or in writing.

Online

  1. Log in to CSB Online Services.
  2. Select Direct Deposit from the left navigation menu.
  3. Select Enroll Online (will appear if your plan is eligible).
  4. Enter your banking information.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Review your banking information.
  7. Select Confirm.
Access to your online profile will only be available until April 2022.

In writing

  1. Complete the Change of Address and Direct Deposit (COADD) form.
  2. Fax or mail the completed form to Payroll Savings Program Customer Service.

Joint and Third-Party Plan owners

  1. Complete the Change of Address and Direct Deposit (COADD) form.
  2. Fax or mail the completed form to Payroll Savings Program Customer Service.

For Joint Plans, the bank account must be under the names of all plan owners, and the form must be signed by all plan owners.

For your protection, incomplete forms or forms with incorrect information will be rejected.

For Certificated Bond Owners and Registered Product Owners (Canada RSP and Canada RIF)

  1. Complete the Change of Address and Direct Deposit Form and Guidelines (COADD).
  2. Fax or mail the completed form to Customer Service.

For jointly registered certificated bonds, the bank account must be in all the co-owners’ names.
